About Tabi Empowerment & Educational Foundation

Tabi is a non-profit organisation committed to creating sustainable pathways for women to access, learn, and excel in technology. We operate three interconnected arms:

  • TEE Foundation — the governing oversight body ensuring our mission remains impactful and accountable.
  • Tabi Academy — structured learning programmes, skills training, and mentorship pathways for women in tech.
  • Tabi Project — community-driven initiatives that translate education into measurable real-world impact.

As a not-for-profit organisation, all revenues, fees, and donations received by Tabi are directed entirely toward the delivery of our mission and impact programmes.

3.

Eligibility

Our training programmes and services are primarily designed for women and girls who wish to develop skills in technology. By registering for any Tabi programme or service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
  • The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
  • You will use our services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
4.

Programmes, Pricing & Fees

4.1Paid Programmes

Tabi offers paid training programmes and courses ("Programmes") from time to time. The fees for each Programme are clearly stated at the time of registration. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) for participants within Nigeria, and in US Dollars (USD) for international participants. The USD equivalent is indicative and based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of registration. Participation in a Programme is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the applicable fee. Tabi reserves the right to adjust Programme fees at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated clearly before registration opens for the affected Programme.

4.2Not-for-Profit Use of Fees

Tabi is a registered non-profit organisation. All Programme fees, donations, and revenue received are used exclusively to fund our educational programmes, community impact initiatives, operational costs, and the delivery of our mission. No profits are distributed to any individual or private entity.

4.3Annual Impact Report

In line with our commitment to transparency and accountability, all donors and financial contributors to Tabi will receive an Annual Impact Report at the close of each financial year. This report will detail how contributions were utilised across our programmes and impact initiatives during that period.

5.
