Tabi Academy Opens Applications for Its Most Ambitious Programme Yet

Tabi Academy by TEE Foundation has officially announced the launch of its AI for Business training programme — a quality, live two-week cohort designed exclusively for women in business across Africa who want to harness the power of artificial intelligence without any technical background required..

The programme, which opens to a maximum of 50 participants per cohort, is set to become one of the most practical and accessible AI training initiatives on the continent targeted specifically at women entrepreneurs and professionals.

What the Programme Covers

Over the course of two weeks, participants will attend four live sessions, each four hours long, covering everything from AI fundamentals and business strategy to design tools, app building, and automation workflows.

By the end of the programme, graduates will have built a live website or application, deployed an AI agent running a real task in their business, created a complete brand kit using AI-powered design tools, and earned a verified AI for Business certificate upon passing the final assessment.

"We designed this programme because we kept hearing the same thing from women across Africa — they knew AI was changing the world, but they did not know where to start," said Sophia Ahuoyiza Abubakar, Director of TEE Foundation. The programme is open to women-led businesses at any stage, professionals looking to future-proof their careers, founders building startups, and entrepreneurs who want to integrate technology into their daily operations.

No prior technical knowledge is required. The only prerequisites are ambition, a real business context, and the commitment to show up for four hours a day across the two-week training period.
